Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.
Using a tablespoon, gently remove the flesh of the avocado and cut into slices.
Cut the half tomato into 4 thin slices.
Remove the outer leaves and core from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage into 4 pieces and slice thinly.
Cut your French Mini Baguette in half, lengthwise, then add two slices of Gouda cheese, the avocado slices, tomato slices and red cabbage.
