Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Le Petit Français French Mini Baguette
  • ¼ Avocado
  • ½ Tomato
  • 1.4 oz Red Cabbage
  • 2 slices Gouda Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.
  • Using a tablespoon, gently remove the flesh of the avocado and cut into slices.
  • Cut the half tomato into 4 thin slices.
  • Remove the outer leaves and core from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage into 4 pieces and slice thinly.
  • Cut your French Mini Baguette in half, lengthwise, then add two slices of Gouda cheese, the avocado slices, tomato slices and red cabbage.
  • Enjoy!
