Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Remove the cheese from its wrapper and place it back inside the little wooden box.
Make gridlike cuts in the cheese with a knife, 4 in each direction (without cutting through the bottom rind).
Press a little sliver of garlic into each cut.
Combine the olive oil with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a small dish.
Spread the mixture on top of the cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.
Serve with slices of your authentic Le Petit Français 1/2 Rustic Baguette.
