Instructions
Prepare your 1/2 French Rustic Baguette according to the instructions on the packaging.
Slice the red onion thinly.
Wash and peel the carrot. Cut into tagliatelle strips.
Rinse and dry the chives. Chop finely.
Cut your mini baguette in half, lengthwise.
Spread the hummus on the bottom half of the baguette. Place the red onion slices and the carrot strips on top.
Add the chives.
Sprinkle with arugula leaves.
Close the half-baguette.
