Ingredients
  

  • ½ Le Petit Français French Rustic Baguette
  • 0.7 oz hummus
  • 1 carrot
  • 0.7 oz fresh chives
  • ½ red onion
  • 10 arugula leaves

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your 1/2 French Rustic Baguette according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Slice the red onion thinly.
  • Wash and peel the carrot. Cut into tagliatelle strips.
  • Rinse and dry the chives. Chop finely.
  • Cut your mini baguette in half, lengthwise.
  • Spread the hummus on the bottom half of the baguette. Place the red onion slices and the carrot strips on top.
  • Add the chives.
  • Sprinkle with arugula leaves.
  • Close the half-baguette.
  • Enjoy!
