Prepare your French Brioche according to the instructions on the packaging.
In a bowl, pour the mascarpone, cream, sugar and vanilla seeds. Mix well.
Whip gradually (with an electric mixer) until you have a stiff whipped cream.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then in another bowl, add the milk.
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Dip the slices of French Brioche, on each side, in the milk and then in the eggs.
Finally, brown them on both sides in the pan (3mn each side).
Present your French Brioche on a plate, garnished with a few red fruits and place your vanilla mascarpone whipped cream.
