Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Le Petit Français French Brioche
  • 2 eggs
  • 8.5 fl. oz. milk
  • 0.7 fl. oz. butter
  • 6 oz. mascarpone
  • 6.7 fl. oz. full cream
  • 1 oz. powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 3.5 oz. red berries

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your French Brioche according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • In a bowl, pour the mascarpone, cream, sugar and vanilla seeds. Mix well.
  • Whip gradually (with an electric mixer) until you have a stiff whipped cream.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then in another bowl, add the milk.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan.
  • Dip the slices of French Brioche, on each side, in the milk and then in the eggs.
  • Finally, brown them on both sides in the pan (3mn each side).
  • Present your French Brioche on a plate, garnished with a few red fruits and place your vanilla mascarpone whipped cream.
  • Enjoy.
