
Baked Camembert with Herbs and Garlic
Ingredients
- ½ Le Petit Français Rustic Baguette
- 1 Camembert cheese (9 oz.)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- fresh herbs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove the cheese from its wrapper and place it back inside the little wooden box.
- Make gridlike cuts in the cheese with a knife, 4 in each direction (without cutting through the bottom rind).
- Press a little sliver of garlic into each cut.
- Combine the olive oil with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a small dish.
- Spread the mixture on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.
- Serve with slices of your authentic Le Petit Français 1/2 Rustic Baguette.
