Finely chop the fresh herbs.
Cut the rolls lengthwise.
Toast the slices in a toaster.
Place a slice of bacon and one egg on a slice of toasted bread.
Sprinkle the egg with fresh herbs.
Close the Mini Baguette.
Repeat the preparation with the second slice of toast.
