Ingredients
  

  • 2 Le Petit Français French Mini Baguette
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bacon
  • fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your French Mini Baguette according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Toast the bacon slices in a frying pan, then remove them and set them aside.
  • Break the eggs into the pan and cook them sunny side up, seasoning with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
  • Finely chop the fresh herbs.
  • Cut the rolls lengthwise.
  • Toast the slices in a toaster.
  • Place a slice of bacon and one egg on a slice of toasted bread.
  • Sprinkle the egg with fresh herbs.
  • Close the Mini Baguette.
  • Repeat the preparation with the second slice of toast.
  • Enjoy!
